I currently participate as an in network (INN) provider with
- Cigna
- Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Aetna
- United
- Kaiser Permanente (contracted in-network)
If you have a PPO or POS plan it most likely has an out of network (OON) coverage.
I will always encourage you to maximize your insurance benefit and will help assist explaining your rights. If you choose to use your OON I will provide a superbill to assist with your reimbursement.

Fees
Immigration Evaluations:
- Trauma Evaluations (U Visa, T Visa, Asylum, & VAWA Petitions): $600+ (includes evaluation and report)
- Hardship Evaluations: $750+ (includes evaluation and report)
Insurance Assistance: $150 session
Consultation/ Training: $150 session
